No. You don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Mobile:

Access via the Login/Register button in the sidebar on the homepage. Enter your email address and click Continue. A verification code will be sent to your email. Return to the registration page and enter the code to complete registration. You will be logged in automatically upon registration. Click the SST logo at the top of the dashboard to return to the website and continue shopping.

Desktop:

Access via the User Login button in the top-right corner. The subsequent steps are the same as above.

Click the SST logo at the top left of the dashboard to return to the website homepage and continue shopping.

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

No. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

On the checkout page, enter the discount code in the designated box before proceeding with payment.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

You may add items to your cart as long as they are in stock. Occasionally, items with limited stock may be reserved by other customers, causing the item status to show as "Temporarily Unavailable".

Click the "My Account" button to enter your personal dashboard, where you can view your orders.

Contact our customer service with order number and photo, we will resend or refund.

Please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours for replacement.

Check tracking first. If lost, we will resend or refund after verification.
