Security & Authenticity

• No Deepfake Abuse: We will NEVER use your biometric data for any purpose other than product promotion. We prohibit the use of your data for political, adult, or illegal content.
• AI Watermarking: All AI-generated videos will include a subtle digital watermark (e.g., SynthID or "AI-Generated" tag) to ensure transparency and prevent misinformation.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

Your raw biometric data (original photos/voice) is processed via secure AI partners (e.g., HeyGen, ElevenLabs API) and is encrypted during transmission. These partners are prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes.

Your Right to "Retire"

• Withdrawal: You can opt-out of the AI Creator Program at any time.
• Deletion: Upon your request, we will delete your raw biometric samples (photos and voice files) within 30 days.
