• Target Audience: Our services are primarily designed for OFWs residing in Hong Kong and customers within the Philippines.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

• Supported Currencies: Prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for our HK store and Philippine Pesos (PHP) for our PH store.
• Price Adjustments: We source products globally. Prices may fluctuate based on exchange rates or supplier adjustments. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
• Tax Information: Prices generally include sourcing costs but may exclude local delivery fees unless specified.

We leverage professional logistics (SPEEDTECH & GENEX Logistics) to ensure your "Balikbayan" spirit reaches its destination safely.

• Hong Kong Orders (Group Buy Mode):
  • Orders are often shipped to a designated Community Leader.
  • Please coordinate with your Leader for the final pick-up (usually on Sundays).
• Philippines Orders:
  • We support nationwide delivery.
  • Delivery timelines usually range from 5 to 10 business days for cross-border items.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your "Phone Number" and "Address" are 100% correct to avoid "RTS" (Return to Sender).

• Hong Kong: We accept GCash (PHP conversion), Alipay HK, and manual bank transfers.
• Philippines: We support Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, and Maya to ensure your peace of mind.

• Group Buy: To enjoy lower prices, customers can join a "Group". If the group does not reach the minimum requirement, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer a price adjustment.
• Leader Commission: Leaders/Affiliates earn commissions based on successful deliveries. We reserve the right to withhold commissions in cases of fraudulent activity or high return rates.

• Change of Mind: As we ship products internationally, we generally do not accept "Change of Mind" returns once the item has left the source warehouse.
• Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with unboxing photos/videos.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or store credit within 7-10 business days.

Sari-saring Tinda acts as a bridge between global suppliers and you. While we perform quality checks, we are not the direct manufacturer. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased.

• Hong Kong Orders: These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
• Philippines Orders: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
