2 Customers cannot change the delivery address of a confirmed order via the website system on their own. To request a change, please contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or email.

Once an order is confirmed, it will enter the automated logistics process. The system will immediately send order details to the logistics company for preparation and delivery. Any last-minute changes may cause discrepancies in logistics records.
